Wellspring Nutrition Program

The Wellspring Nutrition Program offers hands-on educational classes along with tastings, healthy recipes, and nutritional guidance from our registered dietitian. Participants from each class also receives a free bag of fresh produce to take home. Check out our upcoming classes and latest recipes below. Anyone is welcome to attend our nutrition classes. We just ask that you RSVP to ensure we have enough produce bags to go home with each participant.

**To RSVP please contact our front office at 260-422-6618 x101 or email alicia@wellspringinterfaith.org with the subject "Nutrition Class Sign up for (insert Date)". RSVP by 3pm the Thursday prior to the class date you wish to attend.

How You Can Help

Volunteer: All class participants leave with a bag full of fresh produce. Volunteers can help bag these each week. Volunteers can also assist our dietitian with conducting classes. Contact our director of operation, Phil for more information on volunteering: philip@wellspringinterfaith.org.
