Wellspring Nutrition Program

The Wellspring Nutrition Program offers hands-on educational classes along with tastings, healthy recipes, and nutritional guidance from our registered dietitian. Participants from each class also receives a free bag of fresh produce to take home. Check out our upcoming classes and latest recipes below.

Anyone is welcome to attend our nutrition classes. We just ask that you RSVP to ensure we have enough produce bags to go home with each participant.

Upcoming Nutrition Classes:

Join Wellspring for our HEAL cooking and nutrition class series. This 8-week series is designed to help participants build healthy cooking skills, learn about nutrition, and feel more confident making nutritious meals for themselves and their families!
 
📅 Every Tuesday, beginning September 22
⏰ 9:30–11:30 a.m.
📍 Wellspring Interfaith Social Services
 
Participants must be able to attend at least 5 classes, plus the final celebration class on November 10.

How You Can Help
