Rev. Arnie Pierson, a co-founder of Wellspring in 1968 when he was an Assistant Pastor at Trinity English Lutheran Church, reflects on the formation and early development of the organization. The video was recorded in November of 2006. Rev. Pierson lives in Chicago where he is Vice President of Church Relations and Communications for the Mission Investment Fund of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America.
